In line with our purpose, “so that your business does not stop”, on February 7th we expanded our range of services in the area of Water Treatment. Therefore, we signed another contract for the acquisition of 60% from the company Tekbox – Water Engineering, LDA.
Founded in 2000, it is a company dedicated to the Design, Installation and Operation of Water Treatment Systems, and is present in the largest Portuguese industries.
Its activities include:
· The installation from scratch and the remodeling of water treatment plants,
· Maintenance and operation of electromechanical installations of water, fluid, oil and fat systems.
Located in Seixal, it has a workshop equipped with cutting, welding, metalworking and mechanical repair equipment, a warehouse, and a laboratory for health screening and water analysis, as well as mobile units to support works and laboratory samples.
It has a team of 40 people and an average annual turnover of over €3M, operating in different sectors of activity, with emphasis on Public and Municipal Administration (AdP, EPAL, Edia, SimTejo, SMAS de Almada, …), the food and beverage sector (Coca Cola, Oliveira da Serra, Innoliva, José Maria da Fonseca, …), aeronautics (Embraer), and energy (Galp and Cepsa), among others, including services to individuals.
This acquisition strengthens the electromechanical areas of the Pinto & Cruz Group, providing us with greater competence in the area of Water Treatment, both in the market and internationally.
