Our History
We develop a set of activities that, although quite diverse, focus on a common factor – Engineering Services.
We are present throughout the country, through delegations, currently providing a uniform response throughout the national territory. We are also present internationally in Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde.
Foundation
Founded in the city of Porto by António Pinto and Arnaldo Cruz, Pinto & Cruz officially opens on Rua de Alexandre Braga, the company's headquarters for 55 years.
Change of society
For health reasons, Arnaldo Cruz leaves the company, leaving only António Pinto, who grants shares in the company to his two sons, Arnaldo Pinto and Joaquim Pinto.
Brasilia Shopping Mall
Opening of the Brasília Shopping Center with the first escalators in the north of the country, installed by Pinto & Cruz.
Death of Arnaldo Pinto.

Participation in the company Tekbox, headquartered in Seixal and acquired the company Facil, in Ponta Delgada Azores.
G Höfle
Participation in G.Höfle, headquartered in Maia, focusing its activities on solutions for solid waste.
