Monitoring and control plan

Law No. 52/2018 establishes the obligation for companies that have equipment susceptible to the appearance of Legionella bacteria, such as: DHW (Sanitary Hot Water Circuits), Irrigation and Fire Networks, UTAs, Cooling Towers, to adopt a monitoring and control plan, in order to prevent the appearance of this bacteria.

Systems inserted in spaces of public access and use that use water for therapeutic or recreational purposes and that can generate water aerosols (e.g. heated swimming pools and jacuzzis, nebulizers);
