On January 23rd we held the XVIII Meeting of Staff, at the Porto Palácio Hotel, with the central theme of discussion being ESG – Environmental, Social (in a looser translation, let’s talk about People) and Governance (which we could translate as Governance or the company’s management model).
We had the usual presentations from the business areas and four working groups exploring the topic, focusing on the following perspectives:
– ESG and the Pinto & Cruz Purpose
– ESG and the Pinto & Cruz Indicators
– ESG and the Pinto & Cruz Community
– ESG and Governance Pinto & Cruz
Also talking to us about ESG we had Eng. António Carlos Rodrigues (CEO of Casais).
We also had a fun activity in which we had the opportunity to create a Kokedama that we later took home.
It was a day full of sharing.
