This semester we welcomed two more companies into the Group that will complement the areas where we were already present. With these acquisitions we will become even stronger.
In Mozambique, we acquired the company Elevadores Microprocessor, Lda., a leading company in the elevator service for state buildings and private buildings in the city of Maputo, as a result of very professional and close management by its founder, Eng. Mário Rodrigues, who has now passed on the baton to us. We are confident that we will be able to maintain the good name of the company.
In Portugal, we acquired the company Viselbi, Lda., based in Viseu, which sells machinery and equipment parts, especially for forestry and gardening, which complements what we have at P&C Motores e Equipamentos, SA, mainly due to the knowledge and market it serves in the area of after-market parts, in which it specializes, serving customers throughout the country. This company was founded over 40 years ago by Mr. Albano Rodrigues, who has managed it until now and who is entrusting this task to us. For our success, we will count on the important contribution of David Rodrigues, Mr. Albano's son, who will be the guarantor of continuity for our success.
