Suddenly, in the last two years, we have been faced with issues that we already considered a thing of the past and a clear sign of civilizational backwardness. I am referring to a pandemic of unimaginable proportions (which we could only see in history books, as a result of backward medical science) and a war on European soil between two great sister nations, with impacts on a global scale and whose outcome, at this point, we still cannot foresee. Not to mention an environmental crisis, the data from which indicate to us, with each passing day, that we are on the path to destroying our own planet.
Well, the current situation for our Group presents a set of new challenges that we have been trying to resolve in the best way possible, and which, as they are common to many companies, will be of more or less general interest to reflect on a little.
