Continuing its territorial expansion strategy, we opened another point of sale, this time in Aveiro, more precisely in the Taboeira Industrial Zone (Travessa das Cascorras, Lote 20).
This store was created to replace another one that existed in Vagos (more precisely in Ponte de Vagos). This need for change is justified by the proximity factor. We want to be closer to our customers who, above all, are professional installers in the area of air conditioning, sewage systems, all plumbing and water supply; and we believe that this is an area that is closer to our potential customers; that is why we believe that Ponte de Vagos would be more out of place; in addition, it was not a store that we had from scratch, it was acquired and we continued with the business; but after these two years, we considered that we would have different conditions to work here.
This new space has an exhibition area, a storage area for materials and an outdoor area that will be used for storing pipes. In all of our stores, we try to have a little bit of each area of the materials we sell: sewage networks, water networks, water supply networks, tools and machinery for civil construction, air conditioning, underfloor heating, all pipes used in public works, and swimming pools, with regard to their construction and water treatment. We try to have all the materials for the professional installer who works in this segment of civil construction specialties.
We invest heavily in customer service; we do this through the various stores we have in various parts of the country and this proximity allows us to have daily contact with our type of customer who, at times, would carry out works in certain places where we did not have regional coverage; today, we can really be closer and make service our main focus.
